A. Instructions for cancellation

Introduction
Consumers, meaning any natural person acting for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside that person’s trade, business, craft or profession, may cancel a contract under the conditions below.
Right to cancel
You may cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you and other than the carrier, obtain physical possession of the goods.
How to exercise your right
To exercise your right to cancel, please inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You may send an email to contact@malvora.com addressed to Noel Kölbel, Kölbel E-Commerce. You may use the model cancellation form in Section B, although its use is not mandatory.
Timely submission
Sending your notice before the fourteen day period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.
Regular deliveries over a defined period
If your contract provides for the regular delivery of goods over a defined period, the cancellation period ends fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you and other than the carrier, first obtain physical possession of the goods.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the cost of standard delivery. We will not refund additional costs that arise if you chose a delivery method that is more expensive than our least costly standard option. We will make the refund without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of cancellation. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction and you will not be charged fees for the refund.
Return of goods and deadline
Please send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen day period expires.
Liability for diminished value
You are responsible only for any loss in value of the goods that results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Return costs and return address
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Returns can only be made to the following address. Jack Jiang, Sushan Street, Huaihai International Land Port, 6th Floor, east of Sushan Primary School, Quanshan District, 221000 Xuzhou, China.
Exclusion and early expiry of the right to cancel
The right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if they were unsealed after delivery.
Helpful return guidance

Please avoid damage or contamination of the goods. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If the original packaging is no longer available, please use suitable protective outer packaging.
